Home learning overview for Year 1
We are providing a maths activities and two activities from the wider curriculum for children to complete. Please feel free to complete as you wish. We would also ask that you continue with daily reading. Children should have a copy of all the sheets in their bag, but they are also downloadable at the bottom of this page.
Wider curriculum
Create an ‘all about me’ poster to tell your new teacher about themselves. Be as creative as you can! You could include drawing a picture of yourself, hobbies, thing you are interested in, if you have any pets, favourite colour etc. (Plain piece of paper provided).
Reading

Your child will have changed their book on Tuesday. Please ensure that their new book is read daily!

Practise singing along to the days of the week song (to the tune of the Addams family)

History - To follow up on our History lesson last week, draw or write about the life stages from baby to adult.
